Color Guard Moves.  This website contains descriptions of many flag moves.  A great resource for those learning to spin a flag.

Flag Ratios.  This page gives some of the basic flag dimensions used with flags.  Covers flag sizes according to both the ascending ratios, and the proportions theories. 

Staff Spinning FAQ. This FAQ contains a great deal of basic information regarding Polynesian style pole spinning.

Hat and Cane Tricks. This resource from OffJazz.com contains videos of many basic cane manipulation tricks.

Secured Flag resources.  This page contains flag resources that may only be distributed to Simply Circus staff and students.  This includes handbooks from various high school and college color guard programs that we have received permission to use.
